Wealth Management
The wealth management division of NCB seeks to provide clients with access to the best and most innovative investment ideas as part of a comprehensive wealth creation and ongoing management service. The services include stockbroking, investment management, retirement planning, property, private equity and alternative investment management.
Corporate Finance
NCB's corporate finance division is the leading independent corporate finance house in Ireland and provides a comprehensive range of corporate advisory services to quoted companies, private firms, State-owned organizations and the Government. NCB has been involved in most of the major corporate transactions that have taken place in recent years in Ireland in the financial, telecom and retail/property sectors.
In 2006 NCB was ranked as the Number One buyside adviser in Ireland.
Venture Capital
NCB's private equity arm manages investment funds which are directed at small to medium sized enterprises with significant growth potential. NCB takes a significant equity position in investee companies and actively manages its investments through board participation. NCB lists the European Investment Fund, Enterprise Ireland, Guinness Ireland and Ulster Bank among the shareholders in its funds.
